yes they are, I use it mainly for mousse and liquid foundations much economical to use than foundie sponges.

I finished the whole bottle, I think 5 to 6 weeks. I would use it twice a day, am & pm.

that can happen with clear mascaras. i like them fresh and new! I think Jane Iredale’s eyebrow gel is better, cause it is actually ment for the brows…
